Jorge L. Morales, Founder and President
Jorge L. Morales is a 20+ year commercial real estate veteran in the South Florida market. He has spent the last ten years (2007 – 2017) as Vice President at JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle, NYSE: JLL) before creating Blue Box Real Estate, LLC (www.blueboxre.com) , a different full service commercial real estate firm built for business owners offering high level, trustworthy and proven real estate services that can be customized and tailored to each client. Blue Box Real Estate's mission is to empower business owners to make the best informed decision regarding their commercial real estate. Prior to his time at JLL, Mr. Morales served as a Leasing Agent and Director of Leasing with two regional real estate development and brokerage companies, The Adler Group (2002 – 2007) and The Allen Morris Company (1991 – 2002).
Mr. Morales is author of the business book, Don't Sign the Lease! The Tale of a Triumphant Business Owner, and host of the Don't Sign the Lease Podcast - What I wish my business knew before I took on real estate. He is also founder of www.dontsignthelease.com, a website providing tools and resources for business owners.
Mr. Morales has vast experience and knowledge of the office leasing sector on behalf of both landlords and tenants including primary charge on three new office developments. He has represented over 3.5 million square feet of office product, including high profile landlords such as Tishman Speyer, WEDA, The Allen Morris Company, Delma Properties, Taubco, KBS Realty, and Adler Group. He has also represented numerous high profile tenants including Alex Hanna, Whirlpool Corp., Amadeus, Schering Plough, Conifer Insurance, University of Phoenix, Lockheed Martin, Delta Dental, CBT College, Azure College and Smokey Bones.
Mr. Morales, a two time JLL Top Achiever and a Costar Power Broker, is a graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Business Management and International Finance. He holds a broker license and earned the coveted CCIM designation in 2000. He is a follower of Jesus Christ, is happily married with three kids, and resides in South Florida.

Michael S. Landy, Vice President
Broward and Palm Beach
Mr. Landy is a 30 year plus commercial real estate veteran in the South Florida market. Most recently, he was Director of Leasing for Florida Medical Space and prior to that spent six years as Director of Leasing for AW Property Company which included a total portfolio of 750,000 square feet of owned and third-party accounts.
Mr. Landy has represented over 3.1 million square feet of office space for high profile landlords throughout South Florida. Past leasing assignments include 1401 Brickell Avenue, 255 Alhambra Circle, 200 E. Las Olas Boulevard, and Design Center of the Americas. Mr. Landy has negotiated numerous transactions with high profile tenants including Costa Cruise Lines, Tenet Healthcare, Citibank, Bulgari and Versace Home Goods.
Prior to his time at AW Property Company, Mr. Landy was Director of Leasing at Design Center of the Americas, a 850,000 square foot showroom and office complex. He has worked for notable commercial real estate companies including Prudential CRES, Grubb & Ellis, American Ventures, Codina Bush Klein Realty and The Allen Morris Company. Mr. Landy is an expert in lease negotiations and understanding the lease process on behalf of both property owners and tenants.
Mr. Landy is a graduate of University of Miami and holds a brokerage license. He resides in Boca Raton, FL and is married with one child.

Ana R. Paula, Vice President
Ana R. Paula is a ten year commercial real estate veteran in Miami area. Mrs. Paula serves as Vice President of Blue Box Real Estate in the Miami office.
Mrs. Paula recently spent ten years at The Hogan Group as Senior Leasing Associate responsible for the leasing and marketing of Waterford at Blue Lagoon Office Park, Miami’s premier suburban office park, on behalf of TH Real Estate and Allianz Real Estate of America which comprises over 1.6 million square feet of Class A office space. Ana R. Paula participated in over 2.5 million square feet of leasing activity with some of the largest corporate occupiers of office space in the country including the largest office transaction in South Florida in 2015 (150,000 square feet headquarter lease with Burger King).
Ana R. Paula will focus on growing the Landlord Advisory Services and Tenant Advisory Services practices within the Miami area.
